Daily
A post every day – without anyone sitting at it daily
The channel runs on a seasonal calendar: a feed post in the afternoon, a story in the morning. The system finds the photo, writes the caption, builds a promotional banner where one is needed – and puts everything in front of a person for approval before anything goes live.
The process
Four steps, and only one of them is your work
- 1
The seasonal calendar decides
Not every day is a posting day. Early season, peak season, holidays, closing days – it posts when it suits the business.
- 2
The photo comes from your own pool
Only real shots of the venue. The system knows the stock, knows what ran recently, and picks something that has not been out three times already.
- 3
Caption and banner are created
The caption is written, hashtags are set. Only for campaigns – a new course, an event, changed opening hours – is a designed banner added.
- 4
A person approves
The finished post arrives as a preview on a phone. It publishes only after a yes. A no is remembered – the next selection fits better.
The ground rules
What the AI does – and what it explicitly does not
- No AI-generated photos. Anyone who wants to see the jetty should see the real jetty.
- The AI only creates what would be designed anyway: caption text and promotional banners.
- Nothing goes live without approval – the business keeps the voice of its channel.
- Rejected suggestions are not wasted work but training for the next round.
In daily operation at Surfmax since summer 2026.
Who this is for
Wherever the channel gets looked after in the off-season and falls asleep at peak season – which is exactly the wrong way round.
What your channel actually needs, we work out in the discovery call
We look at the photos you already have, how your season runs and who should approve. After that you get a fixed price – typically €1.000–2.500.
